17th November 2013 saw the last in the series of our Woodlands ShowCross Challenge for 2013.
We have ran 6 in the series, mainly in school holidays due to our busy calendar at Lane Farm but yesterday proved Sundays are best! We ...had a brilliant turnout, thanks to everyone who
came and everyone who helped out, even our Brad, who’s a demon with the rake and hot chocolate drinker extroadinair!
Hotly contended the league leader board for both horses and ponies were very close, Chelsea Smith with Nala and Jimmy Clark with Carlos were neck and neck but Chelsea clinched it at the end, great competition. Sadly Honor Preston and Smarty Pants could not make it yesterday after some brilliant performances during the series and was just knocked off the top spot by a very competitive Kate Sawyer and Chevet Alicia. Congratulations to Kate and Chelsea and well done everyone who took part in our Series. We hope you enjoyed it and hope you look forward to our next series in 2014. We will be bringing out some dates shortly.
Please refer to our website Showjumping Stats Page to see where you were in the 2013
Series and please remember top six of each league, we will be having a presentation of awards at our Christmas Fun and Club Show, Sunday 15 December 2013, approx.. 1pm. We hope you can all come (please would you be able to message us to say whether you’ll be able to attend or not).
