Beth Miles and Amir were crowned 70cms Pony Club Champion, along with Bethany Stout and the Honey Bear 90cms Pony Club Champion and Alex Deighton has the Horse Champion for both 90cms and 1m. Fiona Wood had a nail biting finish to be reserve Champion in the 80cms Horse. Faye Currie with Cherry a reserve Champ also.
Not to mention two 3rd placing’s for Jamie Davison and What A Corker. Lane Farm’s Holly Nelson was unlucky twice with the first part of the double in each of her classes, otherwise brilliant rounds. Nicole Southern and Southern Cookie also doing a brilliant job. Well done to Matilda and Bamalam.
It was great for riders and parents to be altogether enjoying a great sporting day in such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. You all did brill and good luck to our winners who will be presented at the National Showjumpers Ball together with League Winners.
As a foot note we would like to mention the sheer bravery and determination if the Para Riders taking part in their respective classes, especially the Lady who was blind who really touched our heart strings. A great weekend was had by all.
