We had a great turn out and the rain didn't dampen anyones spirits, high jinks was in the air. Special thanks to Dave Mcnally for being Casper, the car-park attendant, Becky Heard our Vampire Secretary with Pumpkin Pat. Thank you Allison Briggs for being my 'Bat woman' along with Kerry the witch. Even John and Bev supplying us with their scrummy hot sandwiches and chips looked the part, a real little witches den! Our witches and devils jumped their hearts out and an interval was had for our best dressed Fancy Dress Junior and Senior. Little Rebecca Green riding Erris Mai was our winner for juniors, (Rebecca being only six years old and first time visit to Lane Farm) and Gemma Coburn riding Malibu was our Senior winner. Our judges were proper be-witched by the high standard of fancy dress turn outs, we even had horses adorned with flashing pumpkins! Check out Alex and Mr Messy and we also had a lovely pumpkin dog!
